Secondary Teacher (General Cover) to join a warm, ambitious and inclusive Secondary Special School in Wolverhampton.

The Role As a General Cover Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects
- Adapt teaching to meet diverse SEND needs
- Provide structure, consistency and high expectations
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
- Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching secondary-aged students
- Experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach
- Commitment to full-time, long-term work
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- References covering the past 2 years
