About the Role
- Teach in our on-site resource base, working with pupils with SEN needs (e.g. SEMH, autism, learning difficulties)
- Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet individual needs and help all children make progress
- Co-work and lead alongside SEN teaching assistants (TAs) in the classroom
- Contribute to assessment, EHCP review, progress tracking and reports
- Liaise with parents, external agencies and the wider school staff
- Support transitions, inclusion strategies, and best practice in SEND pedagogy
- Salary in line with national/academy pay scales (MPR / UPR) plus SEN allowance where applicable (GOV.UK)
- Full-time role, term-time (with inset/training days)

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience (or demonstrable interest) working with children with special educational needs
