Smile Education are delighted to be working in partnership with Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, supporting the recruitment of passionate and dedicated Qualified Teachers with SEND experience. We are currently seeking multiple teachers to join a thriving Secondary Special School in Wolverhampton, supporting learners with diverse needs and helping them thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and staff to ensure each learner achieves their full potential.
  • Inspire learners through creativity, innovation and high expectations.
Requirements:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience of teaching and supporting pupils with SEND.
  • A commitment to inclusion, equality and the personal development of every learner.
  • The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
