About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable
PE Teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive physical education across KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting students with
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and promoting a positive, engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver differentiated PE lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Support students with a variety of SEND, promoting inclusion and participation.
- Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement and clear boundaries.
- Work collaboratively as part of a large, professional, and supportive team.
- Cover other subjects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a whole-school approach.
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the values of The Endeavour Trust.
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
- Proven experience supporting students with SEND in a school setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, resilient approach.
- Genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through Smile Education.
