Smile Education are proud to be representing The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in their search for a Qualified PE Teacher (QTS) to join their dedicated team at a specialist secondary school in Wolverhampton.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PE Teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive physical education across KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and promoting a positive, engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver differentiated PE lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Support students with a variety of SEND, promoting inclusion and participation.
  • Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement and clear boundaries.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a large, professional, and supportive team.
  • Cover other subjects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a whole-school approach.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the values of The Endeavour Trust.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
  • Proven experience supporting students with SEND in a school setting.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, resilient approach.
  • Genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through Smile Education.
