About the Role
- Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons tailored to students with a variety of additional needs
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with school and curriculum expectations
- Work collaboratively with the wider staff team to support pupils’ personal and physical development
- Maintain strong classroom management and uphold the school’s behaviour policies
- Commit fully to the role, including planning, assessment, and contribution to wider school life
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have proven experience working with SEND students, ideally within a specialist or alternative provision
- Confident in adapting PE activities to meet diverse needs and abilities
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and a calm, proactive approach
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people
