Smile Education are proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the WS8 area to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join their Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) team.

Role: Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Setting: Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)
Contract: Full-time
Location: WS8
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), ideally within an SRP or specialist setting
  • Can adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Works effectively as part of a supportive team of teachers and SEN professionals
  • Demonstrates patience, understanding, and a commitment to inclusive education
In this role, you’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
