Behaviour Mentor
Are you passionate about helping young people make positive choices and reach their potential?

We’re looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join our vibrant, inclusive secondary school community in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is more than a pastoral support role, it’s about building trust, guiding behaviour, and making a real difference in the lives of students who need it most.

  • Support academic engagement through structured tutoring and mentoring

  • De-escalate conflict and help students re-engage with learning
  • Liaise with teaching staff and external agencies to ensure joined-up support
  Ideal candidate:

  • Calm, consistent, and solution-focused
  • Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and unlocking potential
  Why this role?

  • Excellent training and ongoing development
  • A chance to change lives and be part of a student’s long-term success story
  • Strong team ethos and leadership support
