Are you a passionate Travel & Tourism specialist available for an immediate start?
Smile Education are working in partnership with a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in the West Bromwich area to recruit a dedicated Travel & Tourism Teacher to join them as soon as possible until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established department and make an immediate impact.
The Role:
- Teaching Travel & Tourism across KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
- Delivering engaging, vocational and industry-relevant lessons
- Supporting students in coursework and exam preparation
- Monitoring progress and providing targeted support where needed
- Working collaboratively within a supportive department
- Hold QTS/QTLS/futher education qualification for teaching or have relevant teaching/industry experience
- Have experience teaching Travel & Tourism or a related subject
- Be confident stepping into an existing timetable and hitting the ground running
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
- Be passionate about preparing students for future careers
- Immediate start with a clear role through to July
- Supportive school environment with strong leadership
