Smile Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Cover Teachers to work across a range of schools in the Wolverhampton area.

Working on supply gives you the flexibility to choose when you work, while giving you the opportunity to experience different schools, meet new students and staff, and enjoy a varied working week. You’ll also have the support of a dedicated consultant who will take the time to understand what you’re looking for and introduce you to suitable opportunities.
The RoleAs a Secondary Cover Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Keep students engaged, focused and on task.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom environments.
• Support students with their learning and individual needs.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.

We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teachers and ECTs.
• Previous experience working in UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach.
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic individuals.
• Teachers who are comfortable working across different schools and settings.
