Smile Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in the West Midlands area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work and enjoy the variety of teaching different subjects and working with different year groups.
As a Supply Teacher, you will be covering a range of classes across the school, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring that students remain engaged and on task. No two days need to be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy a varied and flexible role.
The RoleYour responsibilities may include:

• Covering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Creating a positive and productive learning environment.
• Adapting quickly to different classrooms, subjects and school settings.
• Supporting students with their learning and responding appropriately to their individual needs.
• Completing any necessary handover notes for the regular class teacher.

We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teachers and ECTs.
• Previous experience working within UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A confident and adaptable approach to working across different subjects.
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, reliability and a genuine passion for education.
