Supply Teacher – Job Overview

Location: South & Greater Manchester secondary schools
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements
Working Hours: School hours, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
Salary: Competitive daily rates, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
Adapt to different school environments and follow school policies
Provide basic support to students with additional learning needs
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for adaptable, committed, and passionate educators who can hit the ground running.
Essential:

Previous experience teaching or delivering lessons in a secondary school setting
Degree-level education
