Smile Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in the Wolverhampton area.

Supply teaching is a great way to experience different school environments, meet new students and staff, and enjoy a varied working week without committing to a permanent position. The RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre-planned resources across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Maintain a positive, safe and well-managed classroom environment.
• Keep students focused, engaged and on task throughout lessons.
• Follow individual school policies and procedures.
• Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and teaching environments.
• Support students with their learning and individual needs.
• Provide feedback or a brief handover to school staff where required.

We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teachers and ECTs.
• Experience working within UK secondary schools.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, adaptable and positive approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic teachers.
• Teachers who are comfortable working across different schools and adapting to new environments.
