Supply teaching gives you the flexibility to choose when you work, while experiencing different schools, meeting new staff and students, and enjoying a varied working week. The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and year groups.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Keep students engaged, focused and on task.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings.
- Support students with their learning and individual needs.
- Provide feedback or handover information where required.
- Qualified Teachers and ECTs.
- Previous experience working within UK secondary schools.
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Reliable, professional and enthusiastic teachers.
