Pay: £110–£230 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

You’ll have the opportunity to teach across
Sociology, Criminology, and Business BTEC, sparking critical thinking and preparing students for higher education and the workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Delivering engaging and insightful lessons in Sociology, Criminology, and Business BTEC.
- Encouraging analytical thinking, debate, and independent research skills.
- Supporting learners with coursework, assessments, and exam preparation.
- Building a positive, inclusive classroom culture that motivates every student.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop a cohesive and innovative curriculum.
- Monitoring progress and adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
What We’re Looking For:- A degree in Sociology, Criminology, Business, or a related field.
- QTS, PGCE, or equivalent experience teaching post-16 learners (desirable).
- Experience teaching (or confidence to teach) across two or more of the listed subjects.
- A passion for helping students make meaningful links between academic theory and real-world application.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organisation skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service—or willingness to apply.
