They have high aspirations for their students and focus on high levels of quality and a commitment to learning. The schoolwork closely with all staff and family members to ensure the students are at the heart of what they do.

As a Secondary Teacher, the role will consist of planning and delivering captivating lessons to students in line with the curriculum along with adapting teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking. The right candidate will need to assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role. You will join a staff body who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional, who will work together to support you in reaching your potential.

The successful Secondary Teacher must have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in education, or core subject
  • Experience of teaching children / young people within the UK.
  • QTS or working towards
  • Proficiency in the secondary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
  • Experience teaching science is very favourable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
