  • Adapt quickly to different schools, timetables and classroom expectations.
  • Support pupils of varying abilities, including SEND where required.
  • Provide clear feedback to teaching staff following lessons.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold the standards of each school.

Requirements

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and classroom practice.
  • Be confident managing behaviour and maintaining clear expectations.
  • Be reliable, punctual, professional and adaptable.
  • Be comfortable working across different schools and year groups.
  • Be available for flexible, short-term or regular weekly bookings.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Experienced teachers, ECTs, retired teachers and qualified teachers seeking part-time work are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Benefits
  • £170–£235 per day, dependent on experience, pay scale and placement responsibilities.
  • Flexible work available from one to five days per week.
  • Day-to-day, short-term, block and long-term opportunities.
  • Ability to choose the locations and working patterns that suit your availability.
  • Regular work available for dependable candidates throughout the academic year.
