Smile Education is partnering with a leading secondary school near Solihull to welcome passionate and dedicated Supply Teachers to their team starting May 2025. If you’re enthusiastic about helping students grow in confidence and succeed through the power of numbers, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Supply Teacher, you will lead engaging and well-planned lessons that align with different curriculums. Your role is to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, keeping students motivated while ensuring high levels of participation and effective classroom management. You may also be asked to cover general subject lessons, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their learning.
You’ll be joining a fun, dedicated, and professional team that will support you in reaching your full potential while making a meaningful impact on students' academic progress and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, English, Spanish - any secondary subject)
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver lessons in an engaging and accessible way
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate students
  • A passion for working with young people and helping them grow in mathematical confidence
