About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic German Teacher to join our vibrant Modern Foreign Languages department on a part-time basis, this role is ideal for someone looking for a great work life balance. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) students from Monday to Thursday, fostering a love of language learning and supporting students in developing their German speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated German lessons to KS3 pupils.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the needs of all learners.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including language-themed events or enrichment activities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience or strong interest in teaching German at KS3 level or MFL teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
