Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking to make a real difference in young people's lives? Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with Bordesley Multi Academy Trust to find an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join one of their schools in Redditch.

About the Role: This is a full-time, contracted, teaching position, ideal for a qualified Science Teacher who is driven to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team within a well-respected academy trust that values excellence and innovation in education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective science lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Support pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad and balanced science curriculum
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
About You:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Specialism in any science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
  • A genuine passion for science and education
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
