Smile Education is working in partnership with a high-performing secondary academy in West Bromwich to recruit a Science Teacher for a long-term role starting after Easter.

The position will begin as a long-term supply role, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right teacher, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for stability and career progression.
The Role As a Science Teacher, you will:
- Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver engaging and practical science lessons
- Inspire students to develop curiosity and confidence in science
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment
- Monitor and assess student progress and attainment
- Work closely with a supportive and collaborative Science department
- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting
- Can teach general science across KS3 and KS4 (specialism welcome)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
- Is passionate about encouraging students to succeed in STEM subjects
