PE Teacher – Long-Term Opportunity | Immediate or September Start

We are seeking a passionate and energetic PE Teacher who can inspire students to develop confidence, teamwork and a positive attitude towards health and physical education. Whether you are an experienced teacher looking for your next challenge or an ECT looking to build your experience within a supportive setting, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:
As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that encourage participation and promote a positive attitude towards physical education and wellbeing. You will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom environment.
Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Encouraging participation and promoting healthy lifestyles
• Assessing and monitoring student progress
• Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
• Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for sport, physical education and inspiring young people
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, energetic and adaptable approach
