Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Staffordshire to recruit a Music Teacher in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school known for its strong community values, student-centred approach, and commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities of the Music Teacher Role:

• Deliver engaging and creative Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
• Plan and assess learning in line with the national curriculum
• Inspire students to develop a love for Music, performance, and creativity
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and academic achievement
• Uphold all safeguarding and school policies consistently

This Music Teacher position is ideal for someone who is passionate about music education and wants to make a lasting impact in a supportive school environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Music at KS3 and KS4
• Strong subject knowledge, including performance, composition, and theory
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• A genuine passion for teaching Music and nurturing musical talent
