Smile Education are currently working alongside a forward-thinking and supportive middle school in Redditch to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher with a focus on PE and Maths.

This is a full-time teaching role, beginning as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across both subjects, inspiring students and supporting their academic and physical development.

The Role:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in both PE and Maths to KS2/KS3 pupils
Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular sport and enrichment activities

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in both PE and Maths
A creative and proactive teaching approach
Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
Passion for helping young learners thrive both academically and personally
