Maths Teacher
Smile Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school near Bedworth, who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from Jan 2026 — or earlier for the right candidate. If you are passionate about helping young people develop confidence and mastery in mathematics, we’d be delighted to hear from you. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5 following the national curriculum and promoting a positive culture of mathematical thinking. Your role will involve creating an inclusive learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and motivated. You may occasionally be asked to cover general subjects to help maintain consistency across the school.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative department, committed to professional development and dedicated to making a genuine impact on students’ academic progress and overall wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (or a related field) and QTS or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching maths
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
  • A genuine commitment to helping young people build confidence and resilience in maths
