Smile Education are working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Smethwick to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a long-term position, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role:
- Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
- Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
- Differentiating to support and challenge all learners
- Monitoring progress and contributing to strong departmental outcomes
- Full-time, long-term position with potential to become permanent
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing ECT induction
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- High expectations of behaviour and achievement
- Passionate about inspiring students and improving outcomes
- ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply – strong induction and mentorship support available
