KS3 Subject Teacher – Redditch
Location: Middle School, Redditch
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, with potential to become permanent
Working in partnership with: Bordesley MAT and Smile Education

Smile Education is working in partnership with Bordesley MAT to recruit a flexible and enthusiastic KS3 Teacher to teach a combination of Science, Maths, and Computing at a Middle School in Redditch.
The successful candidate will be confident teaching across these subjects, and capable of managing behaviour effectively while delivering engaging lessons across the KS3 curriculum.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching at KS3 level
  • Ability to teach across multiple subjects
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
This position could lead to a permanent role for the right individual.
