Are you a passionate Humanities Teacher looking for a new opportunity after Easter? Do you enjoy bringing subjects like History, Geography, or RE to life and helping students understand the world around them?
Smile Education is working in partnership with a high-achieving and forward-thinking secondary school in the Smethwick area to recruit an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher for a long-term role through to the end of the academic year.

The Role
- Teaching Humanities across KS3 and KS4 (specialism in History, Geography or RE welcomed)
- Planning and delivering engaging, thought-provoking lessons
- Encouraging critical thinking and discussion in the classroom
- Marking and assessment in line with school expectations
- Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Humanities subjects in a secondary setting
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialism
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
