Geography Teacher – The Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inspiring Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and teaching high-quality Geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Contributing to curriculum planning within the Humanities department
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
Supporting whole-school initiatives and extra-curricular activities
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and drive continuous improvement

This is a full-time role available immediately, running until Christmas 2025 with the potential to extend into 2026.

Geography Teacher – Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Geography or a closely related subject
A passion for teaching and inspiring students in the subject
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
The ability to plan creative and engaging lessons
Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
