Geography Teacher – Immediate Start (Until End of Academic Year)
Location: Walsall Area
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (ASAP – July 2026)

Smile Education are working in partnership with a large, well-established secondary school in the Walsall area to recruit a Geography Teacher for an immediate start through to the end of the academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Humanities department in a school that is committed to improving outcomes and creating engaging learning experiences for all students.

The Role:
  • Teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Supporting students in preparation for assessments and exams
  • Tracking and monitoring pupil progress, providing intervention where needed
  • Contributing positively to the wider school environment
We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Geography in a secondary setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • Passion for inspiring students and raising attainment
This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running and is looking for a rewarding opportunity to finish the academic year in a supportive school environment.
