The Role Smile Education are working in partnership with a friendly high school in Evesham who are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team. This is a part-time position, teaching English across KS3 and KS4 for 3 days per week.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students and help them achieve their potential.
Responsibilities
- Teach English to KS3 and KS4 pupils
- Plan and deliver creative and challenging lessons
- Assess and track student progress
- Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school team
- Create a positive classroom environment that motivates and supports learners
- Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Has experience teaching English in secondary schools
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom management
- Is committed, flexible, and passionate about student success
