Smile Education is proud to be working alongside a welcoming and forward-thinking Middle School in Redditch to recruit a passionate and dedicated English Language and Literature Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive team, teaching a mixture of KS2 and KS3 students.

As the English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that foster a love of reading, writing, and communication among pupils. You will plan and deliver a dynamic English curriculum designed to build core skills while encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

The Role:
  • Teach English Language and Literature across KS2 and KS3
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s vision and ethos

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
