Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established secondary school in the East Birmingham area to recruit an enthusiastic Drama Teacher for a long-term position through to the end of the academic year.

The Role
- Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering engaging, practical lessons
- Encouraging creativity, confidence, and participation
- Supporting school productions, performances, or extracurricular activities (where applicable)
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
- A passion for the performing arts and student development
- Strong classroom management skills
- An enthusiastic and energetic approach to teaching
