Chemistry Teacher to join their thriving Science department from September 2026.

The position is to cover a maternity leave and offers the chance to work within a supportive and collaborative teaching environment.
The RoleThe successful candidate will:
- Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Deliver engaging, practical and challenging lessons that inspire students to develop a passion for Science.
- Differentiate learning to support students of all abilities.
- Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively.
- Contribute positively to departmental planning and curriculum development.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for:
- A qualified Science Teacher with the ability to teach Chemistry.
- QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Chemistry.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to achieving the very best outcomes for students.
