Business Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Birmingham 
Start Date: Immediate start
Contract: Long-term temporary, through to Christmas at a minimum
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Are you a Business Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity with an immediate start?
Smile Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-performing secondary school in Birmingham who are seeking a passionate and committed Business Teacher to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT looking for a long-term position, with the role running through to Christmas at a minimum.
The Role The successful Business Teacher will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons across KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5
• Creating a positive classroom environment where students are motivated to achieve
• Supporting students of varying abilities to make strong academic progress
• Preparing students effectively for examinations and assessments
• Working collaboratively with the wider department and school staff
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate We would love to hear from you if you are:

• A qualified Business Teacher with QTS, or an ECT completing their teacher training
• Confident teaching Business across KS3 - KS5
• Passionate about education and committed to raising student achievement
• Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
• An engaging and adaptable classroom practitioner
• Looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent
