Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting education behind the scenes? Smile Education is seeking reliable and detail-oriented School Administrators to work in welcoming primary and secondary schools across Greater Manchester.

The Role
As a School Administrator, you will:
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the school office and senior leadership team
  • Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling enquiries
  • Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance data, and confidential documentation
  • Support admissions, timetabling, and general day-to-day school operations
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, carers, and external agencies
  • Use school management systems (such as SIMS or Arbor) to update and manage data
  • Assist with organising meetings, correspondence, and school events
 
About You
You will have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (school-based experience desirable)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • A professional, friendly, and adaptable approach
  • A genuine interest in supporting education and young people
