Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a real difference in children's lives?

We're seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Year 4 teacher to join a school community in Castle Bromwich on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and delivering effective, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning. 
  • Managing classroom behavior to create a positive and conducive learning environment. 
  • Supervising teaching assistants within the classroom to ensure effective support for all students.
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback to parents and families, fostering strong partnerships in education.
  • Completing assessments and reports to track student progress and inform future teaching strategies.
To excel in this role, you must have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2. 
  • A positive role model with strong behavior management skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
