Smile Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher for a full-time role in a vibrant primary school in Birmingham. This role involves all standard teaching responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and marking lessons to support Year 4 students’ learning and development.
About the Role:
As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that meet the learning needs of all students
- Mark and assess student work regularly, providing constructive feedback to support ongoing progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities and initiatives
- Engage in regular communication with parents and carers, providing updates on students’ progress
- Long-term Stability: Enjoy a full-time position that spans from January to the end of the academic year
