Smile Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher for a full-time role in a vibrant primary school in Birmingham. This role involves all standard teaching responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and marking lessons to support Year 4 students’ learning and development.

About the Role:
As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that meet the learning needs of all students
  • Mark and assess student work regularly, providing constructive feedback to support ongoing progress
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students, fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities and initiatives
  • Engage in regular communication with parents and carers, providing updates on students’ progress

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for supporting children’s educational journey
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
