Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing feedback and support
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Liaising with parents and carers to support pupils' development
Contributing to wider school life and staff collaboration
Attending staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
