Year 3 Teacher

This is a job share role, working Thursdays and Fridays, starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.
About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher to step into a well-supported classroom where:
- All planning is prepared, allowing you to focus purely on delivering high-quality teaching
- No after-school meetings or parents’ evenings are required
- You’ll be working alongside a collaborative and friendly team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (preferred)
- Experience teaching in Year 3 (desirable), although experienced ECTs are welcome to apply
- Strong behaviour management skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- A positive attitude and willingness to commit to the role through to the end of the school year
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
- Ability to provide a minimum of two references covering the past two years, commenting on your work with children
- Willingness to meet with the school and complete a registration process with Smile Education to ensure all safeguarding and compliance checks are in place
- 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday)
- Immediate start until the end of the academic year
