Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the M40 area of Manchester. They are currently seeking a dedicated, passionate teacher to take on a full-time Year 3 class teacher role, with PPA time protected, and opportunities to access TLR payments for those with subject leadership experience.
UPS teachers are encouraged to apply, with pay reflecting experience and responsibilities.

In This Role, You Will:
✅ Lead a motivated Year 3 class, delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Strong experience teaching within KS2 — Year 3 experience is desirable
✔ Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress
✔ Previous leadership experience or readiness to take on a TLR role (subject areas flexible based on strengths)
✔ Passion for creating a positive learning environment where every child feels valued
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one via Smile Education
