Are you a dedicated and inspiring educator looking for your next opportunity in Key Stage 2?
Smile Education are delighted to be supporting a welcoming primary school in the ST16 area in their search for a full-time Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.
Your Responsibilities As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities, ensuring progress for every child.
Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage assessments.
Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where children thrive.
Maintain effective behaviour management strategies.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupils’ development.
Take part in staff meetings, CPD opportunities, and contribute to wider school life.
Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the school’s values.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Eligible to work in the UK
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 or Years 3–4)
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
