Smile Education is currently supporting a welcoming and well-respected primary school in the Manchester
M40 area in their search for a dedicated
Year 3 Teacher to join the team from
September 2025.

We welcome applications from both
experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to make a positive impact in the classroom.
The Role:- Plan, prepare and deliver inspiring and creative lessons to Year 3 pupils.
- Maintain a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active learning.
- Work closely with your teaching assistant and year group team to ensure all pupils receive the support they need.
- Track and assess pupil progress, providing feedback that supports growth and achievement.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, enrichment, and parent engagement.
Candidate Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, recognised in the UK.
- Experience in a primary classroom, ideally in Key Stage 2.
- Secure understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly lower KS2.
- Commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.
- Professionalism, creativity, and strong classroom management skills.
- An Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply through Smile Education).
