Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a thriving 2-form entry primary school in Sutton Coldfield, seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their friendly and supportive team.

About the Role:

Full teaching responsibilities for an engaged Year 3 class of approximately 28 students
Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Working collaboratively with the parallel Year 3 teacher and wider staff team
Providing effective marking and feedback to learners and their families
Attending and completing parents and staff meetings
Creating and maintaining a strong, positive parent partnership
Ensuring a safe, engaging and positive learning environment for all learners
Opportunity to contribute to school life, clubs and wider curriculum

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) experienced or due to qualify
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) warmly encouraged to apply – excellent induction support available
Strong classroom management and a commitment to high standards
A positive, nurturing approach to learning and development
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, particularly LKS2
