Smile Education are recruiting on behalf of a primary school based in Burton-on-Trent for a Year 3 class teacher. ECT’S are encouraged to apply.

The role is to start September 2025, full time.

What will your day look like?
• Working as the main class teacher for a year 3 class. 
• Planning and delivering curriculum based lessons to the whole class of approximately 26 children.
• Creating a safe, positive and engaging learning environment for all learners. 
• Working closely with the Year group lead to deliver high quality education to the class. 
• Maintaining a strong parent partnership relationship.
• Recording and completing assessments focusing on the children’s developmental progress.
