Are you a creative and confident KS1 teacher who can make learning magical for 5-6 year olds? We’re working with a lovely primary school in Oakengates looking for a brilliant Year 1 Teacher to join their team!

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be good at:
Delivering engaging and structured lessons (Phonics, Literacy, Numeracy)
Creating a supportive and well-managed classroom
Differentiating work to meet pupils’ varied needs
Encouraging independence and curiosity in young learners
Working as part of a team with TAs and leadership
Monitoring progress and giving meaningful feedback

What the school is looking for:
Someone positive, proactive, and professional
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum (especially Phonics/SATs prep)
High expectations for pupil behaviour and achievement
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
