Role and Responsibilities:
You will play a central role in delivering high-quality, tailored education to children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Working within a small, nurturing hub setting, you will support pupils with mixed learning abilities, using a child-centred approach to help each learner thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
Proven experience in teaching children with SEND
Knowledge of effective strategies to support pupils with diverse needs (e.g., ASD, MLD, SEMH)
Ability to create an inclusive, stimulating and safe learning environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing, adaptable and resilient approach to teaching
