Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in their search for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to teach in one of the trust primary schools SEND Hub based in Burton Upon Trent.

Role and Responsibilities:
You will play a central role in delivering high-quality, tailored education to children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Working within a small, nurturing hub setting, you will support pupils with mixed learning abilities, using a child-centred approach to help each learner thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
  • Proven experience in teaching children with SEND
  • Knowledge of effective strategies to support pupils with diverse needs (e.g., ASD, MLD, SEMH)
  • Ability to create an inclusive, stimulating and safe learning environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing, adaptable and resilient approach to teaching
