Endeavour Multi Academy Trust for a dedicated and experienced
SEND Teacher to join one of their
primary SEND hubs based in
Burton upon Trent.

The Role:- Delivering engaging and tailored lessons in line with existing plans and individual learning plans (ILPs)
- Building strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Ensuring a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment
- Using initiative and resilience to manage behaviours and adapt to pupil needs
- You will be supporting a range of learning needs including ASC, ADHD and Global learning delay.
- Working with a team of specialist teaching assistants and support staff closely to enhance learning opportunities.
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Proven experience working with SEND pupils in a primary setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Initiative, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
- A clear, enhanced DBS on the update service
- Minimum of 2 years of referencing including comments on professional interaction with children
- To be able to attend an in-person or online interview if requested
