Starting ASAP until Christmas
Smile Education are working in partnership with a welcoming middle school in Bromsgrove who are seeking a qualified Science Teacher (QTS) to join their team on a full-time basis until Christmas.
This role will primarily involve delivering engaging and inspiring KS3 Science lessons, with the opportunity to take on a small Year 8 Maths set (4 lessons per week) and a couple of PSHE lessons.
The role:
- Teaching KS3 Science across Years 7–9
- Covering a small Year 8 Maths group (4 lessons weekly)
- Delivering PSHE lessons
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, until Christmas
- Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
- A teacher with QTS in Science (ECTs welcome to apply)
- Someone who can deliver lessons with confidence and enthusiasm
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting the wider curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
