Smile Education Northwest are working with a Primary school, located in Liverpool.
We are supporting in recruiting a School Office Administrator – PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH SIMs, is essential– you must have previously worked within a UK school office and be competent with their software, processes, and safeguarding.
If you are currently working as a bursar / head teachers PA or similar and wish to utilise your experience but take a slight step down this role could work well for you.
Experience required for a School Office Administrator:
- Producing accurate performance management data for Governor reports.
- Producing letters, emails, telephoning Parents/Carers, organising questionnaires.
- Supporting Data Team with documentation for exam access arrangements.
- Minute taker for intervention meetings with SLT and Intervention staff.
- Line Manager for the BFL Coordinator, providing 1-2-1 support and training.
- Organising school trips
- Arrangement of presentation evenings/year assemblies, holiday classes.
- Co-ordinated production of student expectation and revision booklets.
- Behavioural audits - concern/intervention required.
- Experience with SISRA / SIMS
- Support with Parents Evenings.
- Responsible for ordering stationery and resources
- Maintaining a high level of safeguarding.
This role will be full time and ongoing, possibly into September for the right candidate!
