The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess progress and adapt teaching to maximise pupil achievement.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience (placements accepted for ECTs).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding primary education.
- A positive, child-centred approach to teaching and learning.
Essential Requirements- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Ability to provide two years of employment and/or education references, including one relating to working with children.
- Right to work in the UK.
